Lee and Ben gave excellent professional and knowledgeable service when they fitted the garage door. The work was completed to a very high standard. Everything was explained clearly…..maintenance ,types of batteries should they be needed and the emergency procedure. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the company.

After being advised by Portman Doors representative Mark Robinson on the style of sectional garage door that would suit our needs, my wife and I chose the colour we required and placed an order on the 16th April 2024. A week later Lee came to survey and measure. On Friday 21st June 2024, 9 weeks after placing our order, Lee and his son Ben came to install our new electric sectional garage door. Exciting! These two lads were very professional, courteous and willing to share their knowledge of the fitting and working behind our new garage door and answer any questions that I asked them. They worked tirelessly all day only stopping once for a lunch break. The overall finish of our new sectional garage door is exceptional. My wife and I are extremely happy with the end result it far exceeds our expectations. We would certainly recommend Portman Doors to everyone.

Would thoroughly recommend. No pushy sales. Great quality doors. Exceptionally well fitted, and whilst it took a little while due to the walls not being plumb, you wouldn't know when looking at a the finished door. Great quality steel, insulated, side opening door.

I had four quotes for a new electric door. This wasn't the cheapest but Lee, the Chap who came to give me the quote was very knowledgeable and even showed me how to open my existing , ancient, electric door if it broke down as it was on it's last legs. So glad I went with them. When Peter H and Jensen were fitting it, they came across a complication ( I have them on the security camera, as I was not there at that moment) and they dealt with it very professionally which I am sure someone not as talented would have been able to do.
