Lee and Ben gave excellent professional and knowledgeable service when they fitted the garage door. The work was completed to a very high standard. After being advised by Portman Doors representative Mark Robinson on the style of sectional garage door that would suit our needs, my wife and I chose the colour we required and placed an order on the 16th April 2024. A week later Lee came to survey and measure. On Friday 21st June 2024, 9 weeks after placing our order, Lee and his son Ben came to install our new electric sectional garage door. Exciting! These two lads were very professional, courteous and willing to share their knowledge of the fitting and working behind our new garage door and answer any questions that I asked them. They worked tirelessly all day only stopping once for a lunch break. The overall finish of our new sectional garage door is exceptional. My wife and I are extremely happy with the end result it far exceeds our expectations. We would certainly recommend Portman Doors to everyone.

This wasn't the cheapest but Lee, the Chap who came to give me the quote was very knowledgeable and even showed me how to open my existing , ancient, electric door if it broke down as it was on it's last legs. So glad I went with them. When Peter H and Jensen were fitting it, they came across a complication ( I have them on the security camera, as I was not there at that moment) and they dealt with it very professionally which I am sure someone not as talented would have been able to do. I had bifold doors installed which involves taking down a failing conservatory, widening the door opening with new lintel, and install. Got a very fair quote for all work. Team were great, everything went to plan and very happy with the result.

They staggered the installation for me fitting the personnel door first then the garage door some time later. The fitters were fantastic, a dad’n’lad team (Lee & Ben). They took great care and pride in their workmanship and the result was outstanding. I am a very fussy individual so attention to detail is essential for me. I could not fault the workmanship of the installation engineers. They could not have been more accommodating prior to installation answering all my questions and agreeing to my requests. They left my garage clean and removed all rubbish from my property. Good quality service and product
Initial visit was first class with product information, to suit my requirements. Quality of door and fitting also first class. The only negative I found, once I placed my order and paid the deposit, I didn’t hear anything for weeks, I emailed asking if there was a delivery date and didn’t get a reply, I then phoned and it was only then I was given a delivery date.
